Yesterday we kicked off our 2008 Spiritual Life Initiative that we are calling It's About Time: 40 Days of Love. If you missed the service, go here and listen online. It was an exciting day for PCC where we witnessed the beginning of a revolution of love here in the Pocono Mountains. Many accepted God's love and give Him theirs. Here is what we are committing to do for the next 40 days as a church family.
During the next 40 days, I commit myself to building a life of love by:
- Attending Sunday services each week.
- Reading and keeping a prayer journal on the book of John.
- Memorize one scripture related to love each week.
- Joining a 40 Days of Love community group at PCC.
- Participating in a community service outreach project.
- Asking God what he would want to do through me in regards to the PCC building campaign.
